Bio
Bill & Ginger Horn are the International / National Directors of Chariots of Light Christian Bikers with Jerry Savelle Ministries. They were successful business owners as well as serving in multiple capacities in the local church for many years before the Lord called them to evangelism. These leadership positions and the responsibilities involved helped to prepare them for the calling yet to come. Many hats that were worn with a servant’s heart brought promotion from the Lord and placed them in full time ordained ministry to reach the lost. A passion they now share and encourage others to do the same. Teaching people to reach people.

Founder
Bio
Dr. Jerry Savelle was an average, blue-collar man who struggled and needed God’s help. While he
considered himself a “nobody,” when he became a believer, God told him not to worry about it because
He was a master at making champions out of nobodies. God took Dr. Savelle from being a constant quitter to a man who knew how to stand on the Word of God until victory had been experienced. Because of the life-changing combination of God’s faithfulness and Dr. Savelle’s “no quit” attitude, he lived his life totally different than when he began in ministry fifty-five years ago.
